By purchasing the Web 2.0 & Social Media For REALTORS course, you understand
and agree to the following:

You must complete the Web 2.0 & Social Media Course For REALTORS no later than
FOUR months from the date you enroll and receive online access. If you fail to complete
the course within your enrollment period, course extensions will be available for
purchase.

You are a REALTOR® in good standing if you check the REALTOR®
box on the registration form. If this is not the case, you agree to pay the added
$50 fee for those who are not a REALTOR.

You will not be entitled to a refund of your tuition past 30 days from the date
of enrollment (purchase) and receipt of online access, or the completion of Section
1 of the Web 2.0 & Social Media Course For REALTORS, whichever is earlier. There
is a $30 cancellation fee.
